Hummus!!

HUMMUS!!
I recently aquired the worlds best hummus recipe from my friend kat!
It is as follows, In red is the ammount if you would like to cut it in half :
32 oz. chick peas [garbanzo beans], drained and rinsed (15oz. can)
1/3 cup tahini [sesame paste] (2 tsp+2 tbs.)
½ teaspoon garlic powder (1/4 tsp)
½ teaspoon powdered citric acid (1/4 tsp or 1 tablet vitamin c)
¾ teaspoon sea salt (1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon)
about ½ cup water (1/4 cup, or more)
Place chick peas in food processor and process. Then add remaining ingredients and process until hummus reaches smooth consistency. I add water as needed until it reaches desired consistency. Serve with blue chips or pita wedges. [if using smaller quantity of chick peas such as two 15 oz. cans, use slightly less garlic, citric acid, and salt]
Enjoy this, it is a great summer treat!
